How to Build a World Class Company Culture That Produces Eye Popping Top Line Growth, Fat Bottom Line Profits, and Attracts Customers that Pay, Stay, and Refer - Whether You Have 2 Employees or 200

Over the past six years, Advantage Founder & CEO Adam Witty has grown his company from a team of 15 employees to over 100 and increased his revenue by more than 1100%. This has earned Advantage a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s most rapidly growing private companies in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018. From a Start-Up in his spare bedroom to a $35 Million+ a year international company with businesses in publishing, marketing, and training & education.

It was in 2012 when Adam rethought his belief that profits should be the driver behind every decision. Re-engineering his business, Adam discovered that when you take care of your people first—employees—they, in turn, will take care of your customers and THAT will significantly impact your bottom line and position you to succeed. During this 4-hour Bonus Day Intensive, Adam will share the exact formula he has used with step-by-step blue prints that you can immediately implement in your business. Do you enjoy Monday? What about your employees? If your environment is one where people live for TGIF and dread Monday, you won’t want to miss this intensive.

Whether you have two employees or 200 employees, you will come away with ready-to-implement strategies.

Inspire Entrepreneurship In Your Children in the
League of Young Entrepreneurs (for Teens 13 to 18)

  • Day 1 - 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
  • Day 2 - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Day 3 - 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

There are skills kids need, regardless of whether they start their own business, that aren’t being taught in a traditional school curriculum. And the truth is, kids are capable of earning a lot of money NOW before they even start college. Money that can help pay for things they want such as their college tuition, a car, and more. Plus, being taught about entrepreneurship, marketing and business helps children develop lifelong skills. It can even help them discover what they’re strong at, find their passion and become more self-motivated.

This unique hands-on program for your kids 13 to 18 years of age is led by Dwayne Farnsworth and Bryan Durkin. Dwayne and Bryan will give your teen (s) a SOLID grounding in business principles they can use the rest of their lives. Dwayne is the managing partner at Farnsworth Law Offices and President and Executive Director of Entrepreneur Campus Inc., a non-Profit dedicated to the entrepreneurial education of American Teens regarding small business, finance, and other work-related adventures. Duane teaches teens about money, how to get a job and excel in the workplace, how to freelance work, and how to start, manage, and run micro business ventures through interactive workshops and experiential business labs. He’s helped run the League of Young Entrepreneurs for the past 8 years.

Bryan Durkin, a marketing consultant in the top 10% in his industry, is also is a leader on the world steering committee for the longest continuous operating entrepreneurship program in the U.S., INCubatoredu, which provides authentic, rigorous curriculum for entrepreneurship education for approximately 10,000 elementary, middle and high school students each year. During this fun and engaging event, teens are divided into groups where they will act as Chief Marketing Officers to put together a true marketing campaign to help launch a product. With personal one-on-one assistance and feedback from Dwayne, Bryan and their team of successful business-owner experts & coaches, your teen will discover how to:

  • Start, Market and Build their own company – with lessons ranging from branding, copywriting, website design, video creation, list-building and more.
  • Launch a company – including what they need to know and think about when starting a new business and how to pick a niche.
  • Apply what they’ve been taught to build a marketing campaign using No B.S. Marketing Principles.
  • Expand their thinking and develop a mindset that will help them monetize their knowledge and experiences, so they can live a life of their own design.
  • Write a business plan with key elements such as financing, market analysis, & pricing.
  • Create a marketing plan that produces measurable, actionable results.
  • Develop an irresistible sales pitch.
  • And much more.

At the end of the three days, each team of teens will present their marketing campaign to a panel of successful business owners in a Shark Tank competition. Parents are invited to attend and witness the results of their kids’ hard work. Plus, prizes will be awarded.

The League of Young Entrepreneurs is available for all kids ages 13-18 for $497. Registration includes all meals, drinks, snacks, entrepreneur led instruction, materials, and adult supervision and leadership each day.

What Attendees Say

Really enjoying the people I’ve met so far. The community is so generous with sharing their knowledge. The learning is more than about marketing, which was what I thought it was going to be. So glad I came and got the kids involved!
Ellen Darabi
I really enjoyed the conference. It was very informative and I feel like the culture has shifted, where everyone is trying to help each other. I signed up for the Annual Pass because I want to come back to all the events. I’m excited for the future.
Jared Wilson
I had great opportunity from one of my clients/friend to accompany him to this conference. My business is moving from small private personal one woman show to expanding into bigger element. I do no marketing. I have been blessed by nothing but great referrals. In my gut I know it was time to take action, so this opportunity came along for a reason. To someone new, the energy of all the people here is infections. Gets your brain and energy moving and you realize it is possible. Just do the work!
Jennifer McVicar
A lot of conferences leave you feeling overwhelmed with all you need to implement when you get home. This could lead to not implementing anything! The SuperConference is different in that you are motivated to take action to create a business culture that helps you become an influential, successful entrepreneur. Thanks for bringing us insights on how to be a business leader, as well as improve our bottom line.
Jenny Benzie
The speaker lineup was phenomenal and I was muted. I’m glad I came! My eyes are wide open and my brain is churning on all the things I want to implement from this event and its one day here that has passed.
Jesse Chai
Every business owner wants to have more sales, better systems and more fun; but for many it is a constant struggle with mixed messages, opinions, bias and hearsay. All of this leaves most people stuck. The goal of attending was to find, learn, swipe & deploy material to break through the ceiling. It’s all here for you to find, but the relationships you forge are priceless.
John Smallwood
Sometimes entrepreneurs or small business owners tend to withdraw to themselves, since few people they know “get it.” This is the place where everybody “gets it.” And these people are on your side to help you get you where you want to be. One idea can change your business or your life, and this is where you can find it.
Kevin Carter
By attending SuperConference, not only will you hear fantastic speakers and obtain valuable tips to grow your business, but you can also network with fellow entrepreneurs, meet new friends, and have a great time!
